Sara Hlín Hauksdóttir is an independent makeup artist. She wanted a simple brand identity to establish herself in the beauty industry and attract customers.
She wanter to differentiate herself from her competitors by using blue and green instead of the more traditional pink often used in her industry.
Pattern
I used subtle patters to incorporate her branding into both images and other posts. She takes most of the images she posts online herself, and the settings where the photos are taken can vary greatly. Since the setting of the images cannot be a part of her branding for now, the patterns work as a way to incorporate her branding into her imagery.
